Breather plate, fill plate and mold plate with spacers are designed with the very best materials for extended life. Breather, fill and mold plates of other OEM design can be used. Recipe recall allows fast recovery of previously run settings. Fill modes can be adjusted by the customer with simple touch screen adjustments. The stainless steel package eases cleanup, is resistant to corrosion and provides durability for the toughest applications. NEMA style door construction is standard.

The Rockwell / Allen Bradley operating PLC system utilizes off the shelf components. The lost motion cylinder replaces the cam & fork components saving time during replacement. A 20 minute repair is all that is needed, unlike competitive machine designs requiring as much as 3 hours to replace. The connecting rod can be rebuilt to save money. Two piece rocker arms simplify replacement during maintenance. An improved drive coupling for the hydraulic pump allows motor replacement without the need to remove the pump.

Check out the friendly touch screen graphics and you will see why operators will like this machine. Locate the operator controls on either the left or right side of the machine. The flexible design allowing controls to be on either side saves valuable floor space.
