High scheduling utilization is provided because of robust design and components.  High quality valves, pumps, cylinders and components perform more reliably than less expensive components.  The proprietary reducer uses a double enveloping worm gear and provides 2-4x more contact with drive teeth which improves lubrication to mating components. The life of bearings and gears is extended from maintaining lubrication at temperature.  The hydraulic dampening connecting rod is designed for long life. Auger flights are thicker (than competitors) which provide robust performance.  The feed screw over-arm incorporates a reinforced internal structure and heavy wall design.

When equipped with the optional, patented Multi-Flow, the production stroke is optimized.  Get 100% more fill space on patties (50% more on nuggets).  With the same strokes per minute/hour/shift, you produce more.  The machine stainless steel package eases cleanup, is resistant to corrosion and provides durability for the toughest applications.  Breather, fill and mold plates of other OEM design can be used.

Reduce Maintenance Costs

Unlike other machines where the complete shuttle bar has to be replaced when worn, the MP/TOMAHAWK-800 shuttle bar uses an economical, readily available, replacement insert for wear areas.  Parts and tooling are made from the very best materials which results in long performance life and lower replacement costs.  The KO right angle drive is made from stainless steel which increases longevity.  The connecting rod can be rebuilt at the machine location which also saves costs.

Locate the operator controls on either the left or right side of the machine.  The flexible design allowing controls on either side saves valuable floor space.  NEMA style door package is standard. Access is provided to difficult areas which saves time.  Choose between Rockwell / Allen Bradley or OPTO for the operating PLC system.
